Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Receiptr mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free tier and paid subscribers. AL Tech Systems LTD ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers
Accounts & Registration
Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately at support@alsystems.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Subscriptions & Billing
Receiptr offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by the respective store in accordance with their policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- We do not offer refunds directly — all refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google
- Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

Free Tier Limitations
The free tier of Receiptr is limited to use on a single registered device. If you attempt to sign in on a different device, access may be restricted. You may request a device reset via the App or by contacting support.
Free tier features and limits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing free users.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all receipts, financial data, and other content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). By using cloud backup features, you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the App's services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for Your Content.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by AL Tech Systems LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Section 02.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Financial data presented in the App is based solely on information you enter — we make no representations regarding its accuracy or completeness for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AL Tech Systems LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by submitting a request at alsystems.app/delete-account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
