Overview

How refunds work

Receiptr subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Because all payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google, all refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant store โ€” we are not able to issue refunds ourselves.

Request a refund through Apple's official refund portal. Apple reviews all requests individually and typically responds within 48 hours.

Request a refund through Google Play's help centre. Google allows self-service refunds within 48 hours of purchase for most subscriptions.

Free Trial

Receiptr offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. In this case, you may request a refund through your app store within their standard refund window.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Receiptr subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will retain full access until then and will not receive a partial refund for unused time.
